At REVIVE MOTORS SDN. BHD., your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every order is fulfilled accurately, securely, and in excellent condition. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel your order or return a product. The following outlines our policy regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Cancellations requested beyond this time frame may not be accepted as the order may have already been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation:

If your cancellation is approved, you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.

Return Policy

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and components intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email or invoice) is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at revive_motors@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
  2. Include your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
  3. We will respond with return instructions and address details.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • We do not offer refunds for items returned beyond the 30-day window.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
